🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 cleaning charge.
Yes. Renters are responsible for all toll charges incurred during the rental period.
All vehicles are equipped with an I-Pass device. Please notify Sterling Motor Group if you plan to use toll lanes. Toll charges may take 30–60 days to be received. Once invoiced, renters are expected to review and pay promptly.
Renters are also responsible for any tolls, parking violations, or tickets accrued during the rental period.
Yes. Cleaning fees range from $50 to $250, depending on the condition of the vehicle upon return.
Cleaning fees may include:
Moderate Cleaning – $50
Includes mud, sand, moderate bug debris, minor odors, and small spills
Heavy Cleaning – $150
For moderate stains, heavy odors, and extensive debris
Severe Cleaning – $200
Steam cleaning or full detailing required
Pet Hair Removal – $150
Multiple Issues Cleaning – $250
There is no cleaning charge if the vehicle is returned with minimal dust and no debris.
